Are you not satisfied with your current job? Are you dreaming of your promotion? Do you think you don't get paid enough or you deserve more than you already get? Frustration and disappointment havr become a common syndrome among the youth (including me as well) and young generation seems to be making complaint either of this or that. Why is this? The cometition in the job market is crazy today. Undergraduates seem to do multiple degree simultaneouly add lines to their CVs- this qualification that qualification. They (we most accurately) seem to be in a conundrum of their their. I have seen people who work 16, 18 hours a day to get to their next promotion. They seem to get motivation from the next salary increment or thr next position and they are powered by their ambitions to work like maniacs. I have no question with working 16 18 hours a day but I would simply like to cite Mark Manson:
